The staff were friendly and cute, but

The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. I appreciated the warm service, especially during breakfast, but found hair and stains in the bathroom that were quite off-putting.

The room was spacious with all the amenities, we had a good rest.

The rooms were brand-new and neat and complete with Netflix and the refrigerator, as example. The breakfast was great with lots of food, everybody can choose. The personnel was excellent and efficient....  

Family with children satisfied

The breakfast omelette was fantastic, like it had been crafted by a top chef, and the drinks kept us full - it was quite a hearty start to our day. Our bathroom was spotless and the bed was clean...  

Internet cost $9.95 per device or nearly $20 for a couple. If that was not bad enough the Internet connection was embarrassingly bad. It was slow and broke up often. For a business person the connection was unusable. Also over the weekend the staff left no toilet paper in the room.

OK hotel with a good service. Placed in an area which can be called a hotel ghetto with only a lot of hotels and uninteresting shops, some closed because of the financial crisis.

ideal spot for exploring buckhead's attractions and parks

I loved being just a short walk from lenox square and southern art & bourbon bar, made my city strolls good and filled with options for food and shopping. The spacious breakfast area made it easy to enjoy my meals without feeling cramped, perfect for a weekend getaway.

Manager's receiption was nice (bartenders were very friendly) and breakfast was awesome (again servers very friendly). The room was clean but a little tired looking. Used the shuttle service and that was nice....  

Service was horrible...there was a spider in my bed. I had to kill the spider on my bed therefore, I requested new sheets. Although I called, no sheets were ever brought up... The room smelled moldy. No one had cleaned it.

While the staff was generally pleasant and the breakfast had great options, cleanliness was lacking with hair found in restrooms, and communication issues hindered our experience. A longer wait for towels and inconsistent housekeeping made things a bit frustrating, yet overall it was an acceptable stay.

Luxury and the pricing was excellent

1) The location. 2) The suite was very roomy & contained all the items & services required for the stay.

The breakfast area felt makeshift, with plastic sheeting everywhere and limited seating options. There were issues with housekeeping not consistently addressing requests, leaving a feeling of neglect in certain areas of the suite. It detracted from what could have been a much better stay given the price point.
